The hook-and-eye closure in front made it so much easier to get on by myself those first few days when my arms were still sore. Compression feels even all the way down to the wrists without pinching, and the upper back coverage is a nice bonus I wasn't expecting.
I wore this for two weeks after my arm lift and the compression stayed even all the way down to my wrists, no pinching at the elbows. The hook-and-eye front made it easy to get on by myself the first few days when raising my arms still hurt.
